I took a drive over to Firswood Fisheries today. It has 50 Google reviews and a 4.7 out of 5 Google rating so I thought it was worth a look.
2 small lakes and a car park right next to it, it’s definitely worth a visit if you like fishing.
£7 per peg and 1 rod allowed per peg.
Open from 5:30am to 9pm, 7 days a week, it’s a very popular spot for people wanting to catch.
It’s stocked full of tench, carp, roach, bream, rudd and chub and their match record is 300lb of fish caught within 5 hours.
Everyone should catch something on this lake so it’s well suitable for beginners looking at getting into fishing.
